We recommend booking 8-12 months before your wedding date for full planning services. For peak season (November-February), 12-18 months is ideal. However, we do accept last-minute bookings (3-6 months) depending on availability — reach out and we'll do our best!

Absolutely! Destination weddings are one of our specialties. We've planned celebrations in Goa, Udaipur, Jaipur, Kerala, Rishikesh, and even international locations like Bali, Thailand, and Dubai. Our Platinum package includes full destination wedding coordination.

We have an exclusive network of 200+ vetted vendors — from photographers and decorators to caterers and entertainers. Every vendor is personally evaluated for quality, reliability, and professionalism. We match vendors to your style, budget, and vision.

We require a 30% advance to confirm the booking, 40% one month before the wedding, and the remaining 30% one week prior. For packages above ₹10 lakhs, we offer custom payment schedules. All payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cheque.

Every package is fully customizable. Our listed packages are starting points — we tailor every element to your specific needs, guest count, venue, and budget. You can add or remove services, mix packages, or create something entirely bespoke.

Cancellation 90+ days before: 80% refund. 60-90 days: 50% refund. 30-60 days: 25% refund. Under 30 days: non-refundable. In case of natural disasters or government restrictions, we offer full date changes at no extra cost.

Yes! Every package includes at least 2 on-ground coordinators on your wedding day. Gold and Platinum packages include 4-6+ coordinators to manage every aspect — from vendor arrivals to guest management to timeline execution.
